Osetra Caviar
Caviale Osetra represents the most prized “Reserve” product, it is produced using the Russian sturgeon hybrid Acipenser gueldenstaedtii crossed with the sturgeon Acipenser baerii and has a variety of colors from pearl gray to bronze with hints of amber.
The eggs measure from 2.8 to 3.2 mm, are inuniform granules with a slight but still consistent appearance and a soft, velvety flavor with a delicate nutty aftertaste.
